This Privacy Policy for personal data (hereinafter the Privacy Policy) applies to all information that the Site of the Classical Russian Ballet Khasan Usmanov, located on the domain name https://rus-ballet.ru/en/, can get about the user while using the site.

Definition of terms.
1. This Privacy Policy uses the following terms: “Site Administration https://rus-ballet.ru/en/ (hereinafter – Site Administration)» – authorized employees to manage the site, acting on behalf of the Classical Russian Ballet Khasan Usmanov, who organize and process the personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data.
2. «Personal data» – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determined natural person (subject of personal data).

4. Any other personal information, not specified above, is subject to secure storage and not distribution, except as provided for in paragraphs. 5.2. and clause 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
Purpose of collecting personal user information.
1. The site administration can use personal data of the user for the purposes of:
  1. Identification of the user who issued the application.
  2. Establishing feedback with the user, including sending messages, inquiries regarding the site, providing services, processing requests and requests from the user.
Methods and terms of processing personal information.

Obligations of the parties.
1. The user is obliged:
  1. Provide information about personal data necessary to use the Site.
  2. Update, supplement the provided information about personal data in case of changes in this information.

  1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified in clause 4. of this Privacy Policy.
  2. Ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not disclosed without the prior written consent of the user, and also not sell, exchange, published or disclose in other possible ways the transmitted personal data of the user, with the exception of cl. 5.2. and clause 5.3. of this Privacy Policy.
  3. Take precautions to protect the confidentiality of the user’s personal data in accordance with the procedure that is usually used to protect this kind of information in existing business transactions.
Responsibility of the parties.
1. The site administration, which has not fulfilled its obligations, is liable for losses incurred by the User in connection with the unlawful use of personal data in accordance with the law of Ukraine “On the protection of personal data”, with the exception of cases provided for in paragraphs. 5.2., 5.3. and 7.2. of this Privacy Policy.
2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Site Administration is not responsible if this confidential information:
  1. Has become public domain by its loss or disclosure.
  2. Was received from a third party before it was received by the Site Administration.
  3. Has been disclosed with user consent.
Dispute resolution.
1. To go to court with a claim for disputes arising from the relationship between the Site User and the Site Administration, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute).
2. Receive Claims within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, notifies the applicant of the claim in writing about the results of its consideration.
3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to the Court in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
4. The current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Privacy Policy and the relationship between the User and the Site Administration..
Additional terms.
1. The site administration has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the user’s consent.
2. The new Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on, unless otherwise provided by the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
